Delivery Information

Here at Judge Interiors, we have spent decades perfecting our packing process, to ensure that we offer the best delivery solutions for your products. Whether you are ordering fragile ceiling tiles, or long lengths of drylining metals, we have a safe and secure process to get your products to you safely and on time.

If you wish to return your item, you must notify us by email to info@jcsceilings.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returns after the 14 day window will be refused. If you receive an order which is damaged, you must report this to us within 24 hours of receipt, and also report this in writing to info@jcsceilings.co.uk. Replacement products will only be dispatched once the original products have been received back to our warehouse. 

All of your products will be picked, packed and posted using the safest method available. We use national couriers to deliver our products and provide tracking numbers or details to help your track the status of your delivery.

We endeavor to pick, pack and post all deliveries within 3-5 working days. There are certain items that will be available sooner than this, such as 24-48 hours and also items that may take longer, if not stocked or available.
